Dr. Rogers is board certified in Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics and also board certified in Pediatrics. She completed her training at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and her fellowship at Texas Scottish Rite Hospital in conjunction with UT Southwestern Medical School. She has additional training in diagnosing Developmental Disorders, Behavioral Disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder and in psychiatric disorders affecting children, adolescents and young adults. She has been in practice since 2002.
Dawn and Karen are both certified advanced pediatric nurse practitioners. Dawn Conwright has been in practice since 2016 and Karen Esquibel since 2010..
Joan, Tricia, and Christy are advanced family nurse practitioners. Joan has been practicing in this field for over 20 years. Tricia has been in practice since 2009 and Christy has been in practice since 2011.

Developmental Disabilities affect up to 15% of the population and it is very important to assess and diagnose these conditions as accurately as possible and identify any comorbidities to improve the quality of life of our patients.
With the increased stress in our society, mental health issues occur up to 20% of the population and there are often co-existing developmental disorders and other comorbidities present that need to be identified and addressed.
